Shipping & Returns Information

 Shipping

Free shipping in Australia is included with all items except clothing. If you are located in the Albury-Wodonga area your item may be hand delivered, in which case it will be either left in your mailbox or outside your front door. We may contact you via email or sms regarding delivery to ensure safe delivery of your item/s in some circumstances e.g. bad weather, unsafe area to leave item/s.

For items in stock that require shipping, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be carefully packaged and shipped.

If you have purchased an unframed original and have accepted an additional framing quote for your artwork, please allow up to 7 additional business days for framing to be complete before your artwork is carefully packaged and shipped. All frames are custom made by us to suit each piece. Should we require extra time due to unavailability of materials, we will contact you to let you know.

Prints are not stocked and are all printed to order, unless otherwise stated. Please allow up to 2 weeks for printing. If you purchase an unframed print, we recommend the package is only opened by a professional framer, as prints are delicate and may be damaged by mishandling. We are not liable for damage to prints after they are removed from packaging.

Please contact us for quotes on international shipping.

Express shipping available on request but will incur additional charges based on items ordered and delivery destination. Please get in touch for a quote.

We pack our orders carefully and securely but very rarely, accidents unfortunately occur during transit. Should your item arrive damaged, please email sarah.okeeffe@hotmail.com immediately with details of your order and photos of damage and we will be in contact to work out the best solution. If the packaging is damaged, please photograph the packaging BEFORE opening, and then photograph and damage to the artwork or item/s inside. Damage during transit is out of our control and we offer no guarantee for refund or replacement, this will be assessed on a case by case basis.

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. You will need to address this with the postage provider directly.

Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints, macrame or original works of art simply for change of mind, so please select carefully.

Measurements are listed with each item, please ensure you check these will fit your space before placing your order as refunds and returns will not be accepted if you have ordered the wrong size. Artwork shown in some images are not to scale, please refer to description of artwork for dimensions.

If for some reason you have received the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible so we can rectify.

From the moment a painting is made, it begins to age. As the painting continues to age, both the paint film and priming lose flexibility and become brittle. Expansion and contraction of the fabric support, due to absorption and release of moisture from the air, adds further strain which can lead to crack formation. Exposure to direct sunlight may also increase the ageing of artwork and is not recommended. I do not accept any returns based on artwork ageing.

We do our best to ensure that photographs of artwork represent the true colours as closely as possible, however due to the nature of different lighting and digital screens, colours may vary slightly.

Macrame items are all hand made and due to their delicate nature, can sometimes arrive out of shape after being packaged and transported. If your macrame item has arrived looking a little dishevelled, please don’t fret! This is common. Contact me and I can instruct you on how to carefully straighten it out, so it can be presented at it’s best. Often they may need to hang for a few days to let gravity work it’s magic.

I do not recommend placing macrame items outside in the weather or direct sunlight, or in wet areas, as this may cause the fibre to deteriorate or grow mouldy. I do not take responsibility or accept returns due to ageing of fibres, cord and rope used to create macrame pieces.

Due to the nature of timber moving, warping etc., some stretched canvases and frames may not be 100% straight on every edge. We always do our best to ensure they are as close as possible to exactly straight, however sometimes this is out of our control. Please understand that all hand made items and frames are unique, and often include slight variations.

Please email us at sarah.okeeffe@hotmail.com if you have any questions.
